and are so darling.

This is an adorable paper mache bunny ears Easter Bonnet that doubles as a hat box. And would be fabulous as an unique and one of a kind Easter Basket!!!

What an adorable Easter Bonnet felt hair clip. It is hand cut from two layers of contrasting felt in shades of baby blue and powder pink. Front of clip crafted with pink felt while the blue layer peeks out under the hat's brim.
Large snap-clip has been covered in felt and carefully sewn to hat back.

Clip measures 3 1/2" W X 1 3/4"L. Can be worn year-round but would look super adorable combined with your little one's special Easter outfit...clip can also be snapped onto a plain headband for added use!

I received this entry into the Easter Parade from Cyndee of Sew Granny Sew and couldn't resist posting all of these wonderful bonnets. The email I received is below...I know you will enjoy it as much as I did.

Hi, Thanks for making available an online "Easter Parade". My name is Cyndee and I create under the name"Sew Gra nny Sew". I have a brick and mortar and also a website - but the website is under construction. www.sewgrannysew.goods.officelive.com I created several little girls straw bonnets - flower, tulle, and organdy ribbon adorned, for a themed community function being held tomorrow (Mar 22). I have offered these bonnets for several years and they are sooo popular. I remember my sister and I wearing matching Easter outfits in the 50's - white organdy dress, navy trimmed in white linen coat, black mary jane shoes & white nylon cuffed socks, and white floral bonnet. These were purchased bonnets, but when we started school we made our own Easter bonnets for the yearly parade and competition We used whatever we could find for the hat base, but if we located a sombrero we thought we were the luckiest kid in school because it could hold so much "stuff" on the brim - plastic straw, eggs, peep chicks, jelly beans, bunnies, whatever we could get to hang on for dear lifes sake [nothing alive of course - I don't think :)]

I have attached several pics of this years 2009 line of bonnets - you can use whichever pics you want - my favorite is the multi-floral that goes all the way around the brim - I also adore the tulle and ribbon poufs and bow with streamers in the back. I thought you and your fellow bloggers may enjoy looking at them as much as I have enjoyed admiring those that have been posted so far. Cyndee - Sew Granny Sew
How many of us remember the same
things that Cyndee wrote about. Mary Janes, White socks or tights if it were cold, Bonnet and of course the matching gloves. My Favorite dresses always had the dress coat with the sleeveless dress.

Our first entry on this Saturday morning comes from Mary of Bella Jane Originals. She says this adorable bonnet was created using a vintage bed sheet, she added a band using Easter bunnie fabric. Mary embellished the the bonnet using a vinatge crystal button to place in the middle of the colorful floral accent!!!

found in the past year..she has such an amazing
flair for color and a sense of what is coming around the corner.

She offers up Ruffle Crepe Trims in the most fabulous flavors...
they look like soft scoops of sherbet. Sugar Doves and speckled eggs sprinkled in Diamond Dust are also featured in her shop...they would make a stunning embellishment to any project. 1 A Doll smocked bonnet, 2 a Baby smocked bonnet, 3 a Hat from 1950's, and 4 a French hat with antique embellishments, I made three of them years ago, and the 50's hat I purchased in an antique shop, because the label inside was The Broadway, my favorite California store,it was closed years ago. here for everyone to see.
I know those that attend the parade will want to see more of your work, so please include your blog address or website address.
Voting will be Saturday March 28th and Sunday March 27th. The top three will receive great prizes. And everyone that enters their bonnet in the
parade will be entered into a drawing for an additional prize! Announcements
